I ordered the product in the wrong size. What now?
You can easily exchange a incorrectly ordered size with us. To do this, return the product with the delivery note and fill out the return form. Upon receipt of the items, we will process the exchange.
How do returns work?
We are happy to accept returns. However, hygiene articles such as underwear and custom-made products—meaning products specially made for you—are excluded. We are not allowed to accept returns on these.
If you want to return an item to us, please include the delivery note and our return form with your shipment. This will allow us to assign your return and process it quickly.
Upon receipt of the return, we will process the exchange or prepare the refund.
Until what time are orders processed on the same day?
All orders placed by 2:00 PM will be processed the same day. Therefore, if you choose an order with priority shipping, we only guarantee next-day delivery if you order before 2:00 PM.
