The adidas Training Mat features 10 mm of responsive cushioning for added comfort and reduced joint stress—ideal for all floor exercises. The closed-cell technology minimizes moisture absorption, ensuring the mat remains easy to clean, sweat-free, and hygienic.

The mat features a stitched fabric edge that makes it particularly durable and able to withstand even the most intense training sessions. The underside features a special groove structure that ensures a firm grip on smooth surfaces and reduces slipping.
