The adidas Weighted Skipping Rope is designed for performance-oriented jump rope training and offers exceptionally smooth rotation. Each handle is equipped with an integrated ball-bearing mechanism that allows for precise and consistent rotation of the rope.

The handles made of durable, molded plastic with a smooth, progressive shape fit comfortably in the hand and offer full control during the workout. Two 100 g weight cylinders can be used depending on the training goal to increase intensity and fitness level.

The set includes two interchangeable ropes (2.5 mm and 4.5 mm braided steel ropes with a rubber coating) that allow for different training intensities. With a length of 300 cm, the rope can be easily adjusted to fit any body height.
